Cheers, If you gain 1lb a week (454g) most of it should be muscle. I gained about 1kg a week average and it was 50% fat 50% muscle. A 7kg bulk is doable in 12 weeks I&#039;d say, most of that should be muscle. As far as how many calories, how much protein / fat / carbs etc. depends on a lot of factors. I&#039;ll put up an article later this week with a sample 3500 calorie bulking diet with exact foods, measurements and the reasoning behind it. I&#039;ll also show you how to calculate how many calories you need to bulk in a later article. Keep checking the blog!
